During peak seasons and busy periods, we go the extra mile to increase our delivery capacity to meet the demand. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, next day delivery may not be possible during exceptionally busy periods. However, please rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimising any inconvenience and getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
We cannot modify the delivery address entered at the time of your order.
If an order is placed online with a delivery address that differs from the card registered address we will carry out security checks to protect you from fraud.
You are welcome to collect your purchase(s) at any time during Powerhouse opening hours from the Customer Collection Depot at Queens Road. Please allow up to 30 minutes to collect your order. Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation reference and photographic ID, i.e. passport, driving license or bus pass.
