For all orders* placed from Monday to Saturday before 18:00, we can provide next-working-day delivery, and the best part is, it's absolutely free of charge. Our commitment to delivering your purchases promptly is paramount, and we aim to make your shopping experience hassle-free.During peak seasons and busy periods, we go the extra mile to increase our delivery capacity to meet the demand. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, next day delivery may not be possible during exceptionally busy periods. However, please rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimising any inconvenience and getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

We cannot modify the delivery address entered at the time of your order.

If an order is placed online with a delivery address that differs from the card registered address we will carry out security checks to protect you from fraud.

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your purchase(s) at any time during Powerhouse opening hours from the Customer Collection Depot at Queens Road. Please allow up to 30 minutes to collect your order. Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation reference and photographic ID, i.e. passport, driving license or bus pass.

 

Returns

In the event that you need to return anything, we're here to make things as easy and straight-forward for you as possible.

That's why we offer a 28 day no-fuss returns policy from the moment you receive your order.

All you have to do is return the item(s) to us in-store or we can arrange this on your behalf, usually within 5 days, at no cost. If the item is in pristine condition we will offer a full refund in the form of a Powerhouse gift card, or a replacement if preferred.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on any of the following:

  • a product which has been personalised for you e.g. custom specification
  • computer software that has been opened
  • hair care or dental care that has been opened
  • in ear headphones that have been opened

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.

For the return of any items where the packaging has been opened or damaged since purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Choosing the Correct Helmet Size for Your E-Bike

When selecting the right helmet size for your e-bike, it's essential to consider that everyone has different head sizes. Helmet sizes are primarily determined by the circumference of the head. Here are the instructions on how to determine the correct size:

Measure Your Head: Use a cloth tape measure to measure the circumference of your head. Place the tape approximately 1cm above your ears and 2cm above your eyebrows. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler.

Check Helmet Size: Match your head circumference measurement with the corresponding helmet size. The sizes provided are approximate and based on average head size.

Comfort and Safety: The helmet should be neither too loose nor too tight. Ensure the helmet is comfortable and meets safety standards (e.g., CPSC, ASTM). Replace the helmet if it has been involved in a crash or shows signs of damage.

Please note that this is a general guide, and the shape of your head is just as important as the measurements you take, as this can affect the final fit. It's always recommended to try on the helmet before purchasing to ensure the best fit for your head shape.
